The colours, blend mode and layer density in this lesson are chosen for the following materials
If you are using your own tubes, reduce them as you see fit.

Step 1
Open your tubes and resize them.
Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask 1-64-4.

Step 2
Find a light foreground color and a dark background color from your tube
I used this color Foreground color to #e7ebef and your background color to #7c96ab

Step 3
File - New - 900 x 600 pixels - Transparent checked.

Step 4
Put your foreground color on gradient - style Radial
Angle 1 - Repeats 1 - Invert not checked - Horizontal 78 - Vertical 55

Flood fill the layer with the gradient

Effects - Reflection Effects - Rotating Mirror- use the settings below

Effects - Plugins- Unlimited 2.0 - - &<BKG Kaleidoscope> - Radial Replicate- default settings

Step 5
Layers - New raster layer
Selections- Select all
Activate your background- Leny-dingen52

Edit- Copy

Activate your work
Edit- Paste into Selection

Selections-Select none

Set the Blend Mode to " Soft Light "

Effects- Edge Effects - Enhance More

Step 6
Activate your background- NS 173021209 - size is good
Edit- Copy

Activate your work- Edit - Paste as a new layer.

Put it on the bottom right

Layers- Duplicate

Image / Mirror /Mirror Horizontal (Image / Mirror in older versions of PSP)

Put this on the left side in the middle so that you can hardly see the bear. (see finished image )

Step 7
Activate the tube - zeeblauw pixel

Edit- Copy

Activate your work- Edit - Paste as a new layer.

Put it on the bottom left.

Image - Resize by 80% - Resize all layers not checked

Set the Blend Mode to - Luminance Legacy

Step 8
Activate the tube Iglo

Edit- Copy

Activate your work- Edit - Paste as a new layer.

Image - Resize by 90% - Resize all layers not checked

Layers - Arrange -Move Down

Put in a nice place

Step 9
Activate your accent tube- IJsblokjes
Edit- Copy

Activate your work- Edit - Paste as a new layer.

Layers- Duplicate
Image / Mirror /Mirror Horizontal (Image / Mirror in older versions of PSP)
Put them together nicely

Layer-palette
Activate the top of the layer palette

Step 10
Activate your accent tube- Zeeleeuw
Edit- Copy

Activate your work- Edit - Paste as a new layer.

Put in a nice place

Image - Resize by 3 x 80%- Resize all layers not checked

Activate the tube - ijs beertjes klein

Edit- Copy

Activate your work- Edit - Paste as a new layer.

Put in a nice place

Step 12
Activate your chosen person tube- Sorensen Designs TubeNov181-10
Edit- Copy

Activate your work- Edit - Paste as a new layer.

Image - Resize by 90% - Resize all layers not checked

Put in a nice place

Layers - New raster layer-Place your watermark

Step 13
Edit - Copy special - Copy merged.

Open the animation shop

Edit - Paste - as a new animation

Back to Psp

Step 14
Layer palette - go to the layer of the woman

Activate Selection tool - Freehand Selection - Selection type -Point to Point.

And zoom in for a clearer view of what you have to do.
And draw a selection - around the star , which the woman holds in her hand.

Effects - Plugins-Eye Candy 3.01 Glow - use the settings below

Selections-Select none

Edit - Copy special - Copy merged.

Back to - Animation shop

Edit - Paste- after current frame

Back to PSP

Undo the last 2 steps

Effects -Plugins - Eye Candy 3.01 Glow - with the same settings

Selections-Select none

Edit - Copy special - Copy merged.

Edit - Paste- after current frame

Edit- select all

Apply this step if you want to put your creation in the Gallery Image
Resize animation 800 pixels.

Step 17
File - Save as Gif- Name and save your image.
