Step 1
Open your tubes and resize them.
Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp mask : 1-64-4.

Step 2
Find a light color for the foreground and a dark color for the background from your tube.

Foreground color on #e0e8f7 -- Background color on #56647a.

Open-Alfa Ice

Click Shift+ D -we work on the copy

Replace your foreground color with a Foreground/Background Linear gradient.

Set it up as follows

Flood Fill Tool –Fill the layer with the Gradient

Change your gradient back to foreground color

Flood fill the layer with the foreground color #e0e8f7
