Step 1
In your tube, find a light color for the foreground and a dark color for the background.

Gerrie's color choice:

 

Material Properties - Set your Foreground color to color #9eb88b -

- Set your Background color to color #242c1a

File - Open a new transparent image in this size 850 x 600 pixels

Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Cloud use the settings below

Effects - Plugins - Filter Funhouse - Loom using the default settings

Activate your background image - Rialto Bridge. 
Edit - Copy

Activate your work - Edit - Paste as new layer

Objects - Align - Right

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal (Image - Mirror in older versions of PSP)

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Activate your Magic Wand - Tolerance at 1 and Feather at 0
